Things I’ve Been Doing:

Marveling at rain-dappled flowers and leaves

Checking out an art exhibit at the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts – some absolutely stunning pieces by both experienced and novice artists.

Walking around the Lafayette Reservoir with a good friend who I haven’t seen for a while. It was so good to catch up and reconnect.

Going to see Sign My Name to Freedom at Z-Space, a play about the life of Betty Reid Soskin, who is still going strong at 102! An inspiring, touching, and real story about an incredible woman performed in a very creative way. I think it was one of the most diverse older audiences I’ve seen.

Spending time with my daughter Annemarie who is visiting from New Zealand. It’s so good to be able to see her in person and be together in person.

Going to Autistry Cafe and Studios, seeing wonderfully creative artwork, having yummy coffee. I love going to a café where it’s quiet, open, airy and peaceful.

Finally sending out my Gratitude survey, after being nervous about how it would be received and getting lots of responses!
