What I’ve been up to so far in 2026:
Cat sitting in Windsor during a rainy weekend. Had a great coffee date and scheduled a hike together for later in the month.
Hiked around Ring Mountain in Tiburon, a new place for me. Amazing views and cool rock formations.
Went for a walk on the Bay trail in Hercules. Saw a group of old guys hanging out by their trucks, drinking coffee, reminded me of Dad.
Looked after Winston in Concord. Tried to give blood, but my iron levels weren’t high enough. Took some beautiful sunrise walks around the neighborhood with Winston. Hiked at Redwood Regional Park with Rainbow Sierrans – a beautiful hike and fun group.
Went on a mindfulness walk at Big Break Regional Shoreline.
Installed a bed rail for mom and took her to get her stitches taken out. Views of my walks in the neighborhood this week.
