I got up early this morning to hike on part of the Ridge Trail nearby, and what a delight! Had the trail mostly to myself.
Later Mom and I went for a walk and the neighborhood, her first longer walk since she had her knee surgery. We checked out some of the houses that have been under construction the last few months. She did great and wanted to keep going, it was wonderful to see.
Tonight Annemarie and I went to the drive in to see Wakanda Forever. They don’t have drive ins in New Zealand, so it was a treat for Annemarie. We were all snuggled in our warm clothes and got popcorn (yum!)I want as impressed with this movie as I was with the first Black Panther movie, the storyline wasn’t as compelling though the special effects were great.
