We celebrated two birthdays – Annemarie turned 25 today and my nephew, Cameron, turned 11 yesterday. It was the first time in over two years that my Mom and all of my sisters were able to all be together and most of the nieces and nephews were there too! Cam had a few friends over and they had a good time outside making rockets using Coke and Mentos (gotta love those science experiments), my sister made him a cake that looked like a golden snitch (for all you Harry Potter fans), and many of Cam’s gifts were Harry Potter Lego inspired, including a chess set!! Everyone enjoyed getting to catch up with Annemarie and finally get to give her lots of hugs and kisses. Kieran was a little wiped out as he had to work from 4-10am before the party, luckily his Aunt Michelle lives nearby and was able to give him a ride so he could rest a bit. Mom was in heaven having everyone together finally.
