At the beach realizing that I am almost permanently, stuck in rush, rush, busy mode, unless I am out in nature, and even then it takes a while for me to slow down. I don’t like when I am feeling like this, I want to be able to let go of that sped up feeling and be more present. It seems almost harder to do now than it did when I was working full-time year-round. I don’t know why.
Wedding dress shopping with Kourtney, her family and Emmy. So much fun to be included. I had to crop the picture of her and her dress as it is a secret from Kieran until the wedding!
